Form submissions transit through trusted technical processors (FormSubmit with anti-spam filters, Cloudflare Turnstile). No client database is hosted on the public web server. Data may transit servers in Canada or the United States under standard contractual clauses and encrypted channels.

Your personal data is retained only for the duration strictly necessary to evaluate your inquiry and manage business correspondence. Inquiries that do not materialize into an active commercial contract are permanently and securely deleted within a maximum period of 24 months.
